  3. Shipping the Item: Once you have received the return instructions, securely package the item(s) and ship it back to us using a tracked shipping service. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return requirements.

  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
